It change monster status and change your growoth rates. Higher BR makes the game harder, and If u dont level propely It becomes a pain.
Thats not exactly an easy cheat to make. The only people who might be able to make a cheat like that probably charge money for cheats.
With that said, if you are really gung-ho there is a way to make mystery houses (or at least one specific mystery house) less random. The Western Cave has a mystery house on the 10th floor that shows up 90% of the time, and all the times it didnt show up for me it showed up on either an earlier or later floor.
Its also where you can get the Shiny Celebi. I cant say the same about Riolu unfortunately. I farmed it all last night and all I learned is that you cannot savescum mystery houses. All floors are predetermined as soon as you enter the dungeon, and mystery houses predetermine who are in them. I also learned that there is a select drop pool for each mystery house. This one mostly has fairy type pokemon like Blissey, Wigglytuff, Jigglypuff, etc...
Anyway not to get too sidetracked, you could try to do it the conventional way. Unknown search and hope you can get your results down by comparing floors with a mystery houses to floors without them. This mystery house should at least make that predictable enough to do. Good luck though, and let me know if you find anything. I literally have every Pokemon except riolu and his lucario.

Found Riolu at buried relic 11F , thanks though man I actually tried to do the saves & restart the console with checkpoint to see how that would come out haha
