Yes is possible as long as Nintendo let the game be redownloaded from Purchase History or if it can be downloaded from the game page itself it maybe be possible to make a QR Code to the page of that game if you know the page of that game. But I"m not sure if that"s even possible wit this game and if it"s possible it will be a lot complex to the OP.
