you have to replace the one-time-programmable memory with something that is more-than-one-time-programmable.

If it was possible then it would make the world of difference for unbricking. We'd be able to unbrick any wii without a nand backup.

I tried looking into it to see if it was possible before, but there is just no way in hell, even with amazing amounts of equipment it just won't ever happen.

Why do you ask anyways? Are you stuck with a problem or just trying to learn a little something?
