Hacking Change of the reigion PS4 4.05

I bought a PS4 Japanese region. CUH-1100A B02. Everything works fine, but the buttons O and X are interchanged (X - back, O - enter) and message report on epilepsy in Japanese.
I found the video with the debug settings in PS4 1.76

I think this is what I need, but in the debug settings on PS4 4.05 this item is not present.
Perhaps there is an extended debug menu? How can I activate it?

For the message errors I've no idea, but for the buttons, have you tried the "User's Settings", "Accessibility", "Button Assignments" menu?

This is a remap button, not a change in their functions. In this case, in the European games, the buttons will get messed up. In games, the buttons work according to the region of the game, which is more important.

I'm not 100% sure on this but it might be possible to choose the XO assignment by editing the game param.sfo before creating the pkg.
