Gaming Change my Wii Code

i have a little problem.
i called nintendo last week and they told me that my wii code does'nt exist in their database.
they told me the right wii-code for my console... so the only thing i need to know is, how to change the wrong wii-code to the one i got from nintendo.

What did you call them for in order to be asked that? I'm pretty sure they meant your serial number or something. I have never heard of Nintendo asking for your Wii Code. It is usually your serial number.

i tried to paticipate in the connection embassador program.
bit if my fried tries to enter my wii-code, he always gets an error, that it is not a correct wii code... don't know the error code yet

when i called nintendo they said, the wii code... 2576 7976 2015 2858... is not listet in their database and the wii code my wii should have is 4265 6496 2790 5562, because this wii-code is assigned to my wiis serial

so now i need to change my wii code...

P.S.: it was quite interesting at all to hear that every wii-code is assinged to a wiis-serial ^^
