Hacking cfw questions

Hey yall so i have like 7 3ds consoles and it was that 7 were modded with b9s and luma cfw but the one with my eshop games i
decided its time i remove cfw from the main one i buy games from the eshop my question is:
now that i removed cfw since i only used homebrew besides my acekard am i going to be banned
the homebrew i used was twl save tool, jksm, pksm, ntr launcher, and fbi and i never ever steal games i buy everything
even the ds games on the acekard were copied in gm9 explorer so big question will i be banned and or am i fine everything i do besides homebrew is 100% official and i just added 20 us dollars to my eshop account im scared please give me an answer as i am an innocent gamer also the acekard shows up as ak2i on the homescreen thanks

If you have ever run CFW in the past you could be flagged for a future ban. Removing CFW is a bad idea because when you get hit with a ban in the future you'll have no way to recover. There was nothing stopping you buying games while having CFW, that wasn't a very good reason to remove it (there aren't really any good reasons to remove it except maybe if sending to Nintendo for repairs).
