Hacking cfw problem!

hello,i need some answers,so i know everything works as it is supposed to.on any cfw i have run so far(gateway,rxtools,pasta) when i open something like system settings,for example,and then close it i am back on sysnand.is this how it is supposed to happen?if not can you find a solution for my problem?

it's because when you exit system settings the console reboots.

this one is the most important question so far,so pls if you know answer me,ok?if i install unsigned cias on rxtools on sysnand(that i also pasta),will anything happen to my 3ds???????i am asking because fbi cia installer installs my cias on sysnand,although ;on destination is ticked on sd
