If the question is if pasta will ever support emunand there's no answer, but you can use other things to get emunand, i'd recomend you Rxtools.
For the second part: If you're sysnand 9.2 or lower don't update. If you're on a version past 9.2 you can't get a "CFW", if this is the case the best thing you can do is update to 9.9 and download youtube as soon as possible.
