Homebrew Cfw or no Cfw ?

Hi all.

I was thinking of removing cfw from a spare 3ds, shall i do it ? And if yes how ?

Since i have it left in dust for some months/ maybe a year passed (Its still clean actually)

Thing is i tried using a game last few days and it came with black screen, but since i have a working homebrew launcher on old3ds xl that i use these days mostly i thought of this.

Thank you for your time.

(Also forgot to mention if for example i have to remove it i hope the stuff like dsiware and other things wont be deleted)

But cfw can be installed again in 11.6 , or not?

Edit: Nevermind just saw it can (atleast it says in that link)

Though another thing if i want to use cfw on there i would need to change new things? (Cause it was already installed)

If it has a9lh, you need to follow https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s. If it has menuhax, you need to uninstall it (just boot to sysNAND and change the theme) then follow https://3ds.guide from the beginning. If it has neither just follow https://3ds.guide from the beginning.

To re-add the homebrew launcher (if you no longer have original sd contents) just follow the steps after you executed your entry-point after you place the required files on your sdcard. If you have luma+rosalina menu, just open rosalina menu and press L+dwn+select and go to Misc. Options and switch hb. title to the current app and reinstall the hb cia, fbi, and etc.

Thank you everyone, i will later check what it has, only thing i remember was that it was installed as cfw and don't remember if had other things...
