Hacking CFW on 11.9

Hi there,
i accidentally formated my micro sd card thinking it was a different one.
so now i need to reinstall cfw but i had to update to 11.9.

so now im getting issues with homebrew, everytime i click on something within homebrew i get a red screen for 2 secs.

not sure if related to 11.9 or i make mistake but plz help me

Formatting your SD card doesn't remove CFW, unless you are using an extremely old setup.
The normal non-CFW methods of loading homebrew don't work on Luma with Rosalina IIRC, which could explain why you are seeing that screen.
Try holding Select on boot and see if the Luma config shows up, that'll tell you for sure if you still have CFW.

So apperently i do have Luma still, but how do i get my apps back such as FBI?
