Hacking CFG USB Loader and Wii Ware?

I use CFG USB Loader 70.65 on my Wii, and i just noticed that in its menue you have the choice to display WiiWare titles only.

But I didn't know that it is possible to run WiiWare with CFG USB Loader. Please can somebody explain how to do this?
