CERO will open back up later this week
Following their closure due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Japanese Computer Entertainment Rating Organization, CERO, will reopen this week. Last month, when CERO closed down, Japanese developers were concerned, stating that certain games could be delayed as their release would require a CERO rating. The organization will be continuing their work from their offices on May 7th, but are looking into transitioning into working from home going forward.
By this mechanism, I declare emergency about the new coronavirus of the government and was closed in response to a going out self-restraint request by the Tokyo Governor temporarily, but reopen duties from May 7 after having strengthened the infection precaution of the staff and the judge. During a suspension of business period, I apologize for having hung the worry that is great for all of relations and a burden including a member.
I do it for the time being from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to perform off-peak commuting about the duties time. In addition, I am pushing forward preparations to introduce a telework early by this mechanism now.
