Gaming CD key already used... BY ME!

I have NFS Undercover, bought it a few years back and had fun with it played online etc...
Yesterday i reinstalled to plya with a friend of mine, to my joy every time i tried to sign in in-game it say that my CD-Key was already used...

Notes: i have 2 accounts, the original one i used with the game, and a origin one where i have rescued my code, i tryed with both accounts, and both say that th cd key is already in use...

Anybody else had a similar problem?

Btw is there a live-chat ifor EA??

Do you have a physical CD-Key on a paper insert you can send them a picture of? That helped me with Steam customer support to prove my account was mine when my account got hijacked, and should be proof-enough that you own the key.
