with the 3ds banwave apocalypse coming, i thought that i would point out that nintendo can browse fourms, and a ton of you have your nnid in your sig. did you honestly think that no one would notice?

One still has plausible deniability with regard to that. There's nothing stopping me, for example, from copying a legitimate user's NNID into my signature. If Nintendo is going to ban people, it's because they confirmed CFW usage.
