ROM Hack Can't setting themes on my 3DS!

Hi! It's a while we cannot chat XD I'm the guy who had , first, a corrupted 128 GB SD, then changed it with new 256 GB. The problem is now I install cia normally, with FBI, I tried Anemone3DS Theme Manager and Installed 10 shuffle themes. The problem is, when I restart the 3DS, nothing happens, only the default white theme! But If I go to Friend List app and return back, 1 theme appears! Why? I used Anemone3DS with other SD (128GB and then 16GB) and it works properly. My 256 GB is NOT CORRUPTED, it's new and I analyzed it with a specific program and it says 0 errors! So I think is not a problem of SD neither of 3DS because with other SDs theme works good. So what is it? Maybe exdata folder? I tried to delete it... Please, help me to find a solution!

I changed theme manager with Themely. Same thing... But I noticed if I push start but instead of close I return to home, my custom theme appears! Only when I restart the 3ds I see always "white theme". Even if I instal official simple Red theme from 3ds themes, it isn't at the restart! I want to leave the "forced" white theme! Please help!

I have solved in ONE method:
formatting all, using tickets for official themes Nintendo, installing theme from official setting of nintendo themes (like I really bought them!). Not Themely and Not Anemone 3ds. I think they are shit because they BUG the patching themes when I install themes with them. So the problem is with these programs and maybe SD 256GB or more... Please tell me how to have more official themes or how to use custom themes with this working official method
