Hacking Can't renove SingStar from XMB

No matter what I do I can't delete SingStar from XMB. I already followed this tutorial and it didn't work since after restarting the PS3 it always returns.

EDIT: Sorry for the typo in the title.

EDIT 2: After reinstalling the OFW, Singstar no longer appears in XMB.
