Hacking Can't Preloader 0.29 on Wii 4.0U region free channels from SD card

I turned on the feature in Preloader 0.29 on my Wii 4.0U, but it doesn't work. What's wrong ?

I enabled this hack in Preloader, but it doesn't work at all.

Same for me, USA Wii 4.0U (all USA Channels work).

Guess we're stuck with FreeTheWads for now.
