Can't play THUG on dolphin without slow fps

I have dolphin 4.0 and I can't play tony hawks underground without the game being super slow... including the sound breaks and it sounds glitchy? no matter what settings i put it on...

yes you can emulate gamecube games

It should be okay as long as your PC specs are good.

That's... not what I was asking.

I was asking if you've played any other games with Dolphin at full speed. Your PC may not be strong enough.

I changed my settings to the recommended settings on the dolphin emulator wiki and its only giving me 15-30 fps...

A very fast CPU is the most important thing for running Dolphin at full speed. Yours may not be enough to do the trick.

Try setting Anisotropic Filtering to x1, scaled efb copy to off, Widescreen hack off, and texture cache to Fast.
Also try going to Enhancements > Disable Fog and see if that helps.
Also set Aspect Ratio to Auto.
And set DSP to HLE.

the framerate is 4-11... and the audio is still crappy... :/
