Homebrew Can't launch other region CIA files. [Help please]

I installed both fire emblem fates and hyrule warriors, I tried running both but they both just stay on the 3ds loading screen, the black one with red lines, please help

Just open the page in the eShop for the game, its fixed it several times for me. Although, I'm not sure if it'll work the same way since yours is because it is out-of-region.

These are out of region cia's. So they can't be fixed by going into the eshop.

Is your emunand up to date and did you make sure that games are what they are called "cryptofixed" ?

Games getting stuck on the 3ds logo can mean a few things, some of them are emunand not being at the required firmware or the game not being fixed.

I think its that its not updated (its 9.3) how do I update the emunand

For o3ds just go to system settings on emunand and make sure it says RX next to the system version, then just update from there.

I repeat make sure it says RX next to the firmware version example RX 9.x.x yadda yadda

Or else you might end up accidentally updating your system nand

I already tried that, it says "An error has occurred. Unable to update"

Are your NANDS unlinked or are you using tubehax DNS by any chance? thats all that comes right off to my mind.
