Homebrew Can't launch Homebrew anymore after downgrading to 9.2?

I installed Homebrew today in order to go back from 10.3 to 9.2, which appears to have been successful, but I can no longer launch Homebrew on-boot by holding the L button, nor can I access it via browser - "This browser is not supported".

Has the downgrade really been successful and what do I do to get the HB launcher working again?

Open the homebrew launcher via browserhax and re-install menuhax

Got the sliderhax thing to work (with some 10% reliability but oh well). I believe this problem is solved now.
