Hacking Can't install wad manager

I'm on 4.2, homebrew installed and working. I want to install wad manager but no success. Any step by step ideas? Thank you
My ultimate goal is to achieve neogamma installation

All you do is download WAD Manager 1.5
Create a new directory named "wadmanager" within your "apps" directory.
Rename "WAD-Manager_v1.5.dol" to "boot.dol" and place it in the "wadmanager" directory.

okay, I managed to install wad manager. I installed neogamma (R8 bata 15)using ios 36 than all freezes and WIImotes becomes unusable and have to unplug/replug wii to revive it. What I'm I doing wrong? Did I miss a step somewhere?
