So I tried using every single method I could to try and fix it, but it just boots me back into the system menu. I've tried with both WiiFlow and UsB Loader GX but nothing. Here's my console's syscheck info.

Sure. Want to share your complete syscheck? You could need to fix/isn't all priiloader or the hbc but I can't tell

But mainly you should install the recommended cios 248-251. D2x v11 beta 1 with bases 38, 56, 57, 58, respectively.
So everything that was written in the syscheck was in italian language, but I tried to translate it. Here it is

SysCheck HDE v2.4.0 HacksDen Edition by JoostinOnline, Double_A, R2-D2199, and Nano
...on IOS58 (v. 6432).

Region: PAL
System menu 4.3E (v514)
Priiloader installed
Console date: 07.12.2010
Homebrew channel 1.1.2 on IOS58

ID console: 159512078
Console type: Wii
Shop Channel Country: Switzerland (108)
Boot2 v5
Found 128 games.
Found 47 IOS in this consple. 17 of those are stubs.

Yeah so what I said.

Btw modmii can interpret it in any available language (and so can I, lol). I'm not fluent in Italian or anything but I can read an Italian syscheck just fine lol
So just a recap. I should basically run the d2x cIOS installer just as if I were modding my Wii for the first time. That could work?

Have u tried another cios or rip or the game? Have u already watched the sensor plus video? U need to watch that at least once on a console before playing any game that uses it. Some rips are missing the video, so that could be your problem. In which case your want to find a version/rip that still includes the motion plus video partition, so u can watch it just once and move on

It just restarts the Wii normally and this is the second rom I try. I'm gonna try using a rom from a trusted site because I don't recall downloading it there back then. Also I have a Wiimote woth Motion Plus inside, so that's not the problem. And yeah, I never watched the Motion Plus tutorial, I'll keep you updated. Thanks for the help.

Yes I followed everything, it said it went succesful and I set the game IOS to 250 before starting.
- Post a syscheck here (yes, again).
- Check the hash of your wbfs file for corruption in WiiBackupManager, it's under "tools".
- Make sure you're using the latest usbloadergx.
- goes without saying, but your usb drive should be formatted as Fat32 32kb clusters and should have only one partition. Also make sure it's plugged in port 0 (on the Wii).

I just re-installed cIOS, i'm gonna do a new syscheck and post it there asap. Also I have an USB drive formatted WBFS (It's very old, from around 2013/2014) with a bunch of games on it, all working except WSR.

That could also be a reason why it's not working, regardless if the others are.
Do you suggest moving it to another drive? I have a pen-drive and an SD card, both formatted FAT32 where I could try to load the game from there.

Dump the game again or redownload it from a different source, and copy the game to the wbfs formatted drive and the fat32 formatted one, check the hashes of both in WiiBackupManager, if they're good test the game in both drives. If it didn't work with the wbfs formatted drive, and it does with the fat32 drive, then it's most likely a compatibility issue with the "wbfs" formatting..

So I have Wii Backup Manager and I see two options about the hash.
One says SHA-1 Hash, the other MD5 Hash. Which do I need to verify?
