Hacking cant find the info needed

so I have a 3.60 ps vita and downloaded henku new vpk.

I went to the site and installed molecular shell.

Im lost at the ftp part ??? I have file zilla but what do I do after ?

sorry lol I think I installed henku but not sure passed the vpk ?? said it was succesfully installed . I want to do all of that !! psp and psx games along with back up vita
