Hacking cant download TTMenu Kernel v1.17

hello I'm unable to get rhythm paradise to work on my ds it keeps saying error code 7 reset system, so i have been trying to download the TTMenu Kernel v1.17 from the ndstt site but the download just keeps freezing on 54% is there any where else i can get download or is there any way i can get game to work.

p.s please be patient with me as I'm bit new to this thank you
