Another help thread. I created my Microsoft account a while ago, and later I created a gamertag so I could play some games on my PC and my phone. Only recently did I actually get an Xbox - a 360 slim bought secondhand from CeX. So I tried to download my profile, but it came up with "Sorry, Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now", along with an error code (801540A9). Im knew to Xbox live, I'm a huge Nintendo guy but I know you need a paid Xbox live subscription to play online. I just want to sign in with my Microsoft account (needed to download apps), but I can't! The Microsoft website didn't help at all.
So what? Is it refusing because my profile already has a gamertag? Has my console been banned? Somebody help!
