Gaming Cant decide on a graphics card

From what ive heard, theyre both pretty similiar, and now im not sure what i should get. The ones i were looking at are both XFX.

I got the 5770 it is awsome, I love it, I would get that, the drivers are getting better all the time. I got an extra 100 points with the latest 9.12 driver from 9.11 in 3dmark Vantage. Runs nice and quite and cool aswell.

Depends on the price. I'd go with the 5770 due to dx 11 support and hardware tessellation.

7750 BE overclocked to 3.1ghz, but will be upgrading to a new Phenom 2 soon.

this is what I got with a 4870 and a E7300 @ 3ghz (havnt had a chance to test it with my new 3.6ghz oc yet)

4890 is about 8-15% faster then the 4870

You guys think having DX11 now is gonna be something good to have? The main reason im thinking of going with 5770 is because of it, and im probably not going to be upgrading any time soon after i get my card.

When more DX11 games come out yes at the moment the only game I have that is DX11 is Dirt2 and that only use's DX11 tessalation on the water,flags and crowed which you dont see much of when you are playing.

Why wouldn't you just future proof it and get a 5770? Especially if they are at the same price point.
