Homebrew Can't backup emuNAND?

I am trying to backup emuNAND after moving all my stuff to a bigger SD card, and it tells me my SD card isnt formatted for emuNAND, how do I format it properly, and I sue Decrypt9 to backup?

What software are you using to make the backup?
You can do the backup with Decrypt9 or Emunand9 and format SD for emunand from Emunand9 too.

Can I format the SD, copy its contents back onto it, then back it up?

1- Backup emunand with decrypt9
2- Insert new SD and format emunand with emunand9 (I think emunand9 allows you to unmount old SD and insert new)
3- Copy all your files from old SD to new one (including emunand backup that you just made)
4- Inject emunand.bin to emunand partition in SD with decrypt9 for example
5- ????
6- Profit
