My firmware version is 10.2, and I'm using the newest starter kit. When accessing the old eShop to get Ironhax, it stays on the loading screen with that smiling shopping bag. It's been like this for 10 minutes.
You have to update HANS. Just copy and replace the whole folder from the new starter pack onto your SD Card.
That's ok, I'm here to help. So did you put the ENTIRE starter pack with everything in it onto your SD Card?HANS? Sorry, I'm new to homebrewing.

Delete the old 3ds folder and boot.3dsx from your SD before doing so first. Just to make sure you aren't missing anything.Yeah, pretty sure. Though, I did have Tubehax on there before. Let me turn off my 3DS and paste everything again.

I had the issue also, what solved it for me was launching the eshop from the actual menu of the 3ds, then, once that was done, booting back into the hbl and launching the old eshop from there. I don't know if it works for everyone but it did for me.
Just launch it from the homebrew launcher. (The one with a big "I" on the icon)Thanks, I'll try it and get back to you if it works.
EDIT: I need to update to 10.3 for it, do I need to get into the actual shop or can I launch and exit for it to be fixed?

Glad I could help! Just tell me if there are anymore problems. I'm always here if you have more questions!Whoops, I'm stupid. Now I can actually launch it, but it still takes ages to launch.

Are you on 10.3? If you're not, you should just update. There really isn't any reason to be on a lower firmware anymore unless you are on 9.2 or below, which you aren't.It still hasn't launched. I know the eShop takes a long time to launch, but never this long.

Install MenuHax via Browserhax. Launch Menuhax by powering down your 3ds and holding L while booting. You shouls be able to launch it nowIt still hasn't launched. I know the eShop takes a long time to launch, but never this long.
Didn't you say you were on 10.2? Almost nothing has changed between the two updates. At this point, it looks like we might be having a new kernel exploit for ALL firmwares coming soon anyways.Won't it take longer for 10.3 to get piracy or something?

Sorry, I really don't know what to tell you. If you have OOT or you're willing to buy it, you can install OOThax for a more permanent exploit. Then I'll update, I guess. Hopefully this'll make it work now.
EDIT: Still doesn't work. I'm starting to get aggravated, especially since knowing Nintendo, browserhax will be patched within the next week.
