Hacking cannot play split games error on mgs4

did you rejoin the files? if theyre split, put them on an external fat32 drive, and transfer from external to internal using gaia/multiman, they will put the files back together

So you can't play MGS4 at all from the external? Part of the reason I was doing them on there was to help save some of the space I had.

no you cant play files with >4gb on external, those have to be played on internal drive

Are you sure? Even beside MGS4, I've had many games between 6~11GB's on my external and able to play fine.

If there is a single file thats larger then 4GB, you can split it to transfer the release to internal hdd, but it's not possible to play it on an external drive with the splitted files.
