Hacking Cannot Play Legit Games In CFW Mode?

Just got my first experience with homebrew on 5.0.2 and it's working fine. However, it seems when I'm in CFW mode, my cart hangs at the Nintendo Switch screen. I can go back to the home menu, but it seems I can't play physical carts or purchased digital games in CFW mode.

Is it just me or is this a known thing?

That is how it should work now, stuff is being updated to be ready for the end user.

Known bug, currently you have to reboot into Stock if you want to play retail games.

You need to wait till they make classic mode like gateway haha

BTW, anyone know if South Park is one of those games with the "newer encryption" I heard so much about. I ask because I see it's dumped and Donkey Kong hasn't yet. I just want to see which games I need to keep for when the SX comes out.

Don't know what that is, but I have nswdb saved and that usually says what's been done. Right now, the last game dumped according to their database was FIFA18. No Donkey Kong that I see.

I assume by "CFW mode" you mean Hekate? If so, then it's not exactly a CFW yet. It's just a modded part of Atmosphere that could be called "CFW for the impatient". It's buggy as hell and according to devs of Atmosphere shouldn't be out for use by non-devs yet.

I think it might just be e-shop games that cant be played, i was able to play one of my cartridges though

My BOTW is a Cart Copy and could not play it, same with my other games cart/eshop
