Misc Cannot connect to wifi

I tried to connect my wii that i got for christmas to wifi using the nintendo wifi usb connector. Windows firewall is blocking it. The reg tool is added as an exception, but it is still blocking it. If i disable windows firewall, it works. How can i make it work without disabling windows firewall?
