Hacking Cannot complete ntrboot with Ace3ds plus

I have a o3ds and i am sure i have the right files (the boot.firm, the boot.3dsx, the boot9strap folder and files) but i can't enter safeb9sinstaller. I have the Ace3ds plus and im almost sure it flashed correctly. It doesn't appear on the home screen. How can i restore the backup from the injector or something else to try again(i also tried having a paper in the port for better conatct with the cartridge)?

I also successfully hacked a o2ds with this card and im not sure what to do.

could you help me understand why it didn't work?
this is whats written on the log in the sd card of the flashcart:
