Does for me. I run it in homebrew menu not auto boot from themehax it's a lot more reliable. Just put it in your 3ds folder run themehax and load reinand. Works great for emunand and system nand.
I find that the launch screen of reinand with press start sometimes might interfere with autoboot. But with rxtools it loads just fine always. This is on a N3DS XL.
