Homebrew Can windows 3.1 work on 3ds?

Just wondering im trying dosbox on my old 3ds just to see if it works

It runs entirely too slow to be in any way practical. Those that have gotten it to run just did it as a proof of concept.

Looking at the performance I got, Old 3DS would probably be barely usable.
