Hacking Emulation GBA can the 3ds fully play gba tilt games without issues?

can the 3ds fully play gba tilt games without issues? like the yoshi,kirby tilt games ? either via CIA or Emulator app ?

You would have to use mGBA to play Yoshi Topsy-Turvy and Warioware Twisted. It is kind of slow on an o3DS and not the greatest on N3DS. (Or you could just play Warioware Gold instead.)

Kirby's Tilt 'n' Tumble is a GBC game and should be fine.

depends on how you play natively you have 2 options

1)OpenAGBFirm or
2) new super ultimate injector (NSUI)
the bad thing bout open agb is the size limit has to be less than 32mb roms (so games like mother 3 will crash)
this can be rectified by using NSUI which creates a cia installable title (which counts on your 300 title limit on the home screen) but games like mother 3 and bigger Pokemon rom hacks (Radical red and unbound) will work you just need to set the save type in NSUI to make them work

You might be mistaking oaf for gbarunner.
openagbfirm can run up 32MB roms which are all officially released games, let aside those 64MB movies released on cart. The only games bigger that 32MB are romhacks.
