Hey i was wondering how one would go about making a patch for a rom.
Please try and help any advice will be accepted.

You can use XDeltaUI.

Go to create a patch, choose the clean rom and then choose the modified one.

You learn Japanese and romhacking.

Its not as easy as just patching the rom.. it takes a long time and alot of effort to learn the skills.

well see i want to try and translate pokemon b/w menu and moves or pokemon for my bestie's birtday because he doesnt event understand it. soo if you could give me some pointers
