Even if it’s on 7.0.1, it has a different bootroom so deja vu still wont work. Check sciresm’s tweetNot yet, maybe never.
Some shipped on 7.0.1, if yours is then don't update.

Short answer, not now maybe in 2-3 years. As the title, I have bought a New Switch recently, is it hackable? The serial number is XKJ4000****.
the console mentioned in the OP is a Mariko console (as indicated by XKJ serial). They ship with 7.0.1/8.0.1/8.1.0 (depending on when it was manufactured) and are not able to use Deja Vu regardless of firmware. If this website shows that your Switch is patched, it likely is, and you're out of luck right now unfortunately.
To date, the only iPatched switch than can run homebrew/CFW are the ones shipped with firmware 4.1.0 and something similar.
For now, your only option is to get a second hand one that's not patched, but beware of the inflated prices on said devices, as many people take advantage of the fact that the switch they are selling is hackable. It's unlikely to find a hackable switch on store shelves these days.
As for the chances of running unsigned code of the warmboot kind on FW 7.0.0/1...well chances of that are slim, and we never know if it may happen or not as Lacius above said.

Oh! This is news to me!the console mentioned in the OP is a Mariko console (as indicated by XKJ serial). They ship with 7.0.1/8.0.1/8.1.0 (depending on when it was manufactured) and are not able to use Deja Vu regardless of firmware.
Warmboot hax is possible on 7.0.x on Erista. It relies on some unpatched exploits and tsec hax, which is why it hasn’t released yet.
tsec hax isn’t needed to dump your tsec key (also it can be dumped on any firmwareOh! This is news to me!
But as I recall TSEC keys could only be dumped/accessed partially on firmwares higher than 6.2, right
