You won't unless you explicitly run the virus itself. Also, I'm very curious as to what the virus is. Would you mind zipping the file and uploading it here? Name the file "infected", and put the password "infected" (without quotes) on it. This should deter randoms from infecting themselves.

Apparently there is no virus on it I ran malware bytes on the sd and it did not find anything. One question, I know that you analize malware but how do you do that?

The easiest way is to upload it to Malwr, but if the malware has anti-debugging measures that prevent it from being ran in a VM I use a custom OlyDBG setup.
