Homebrew Can I retrieve my CTCert.bin from a 3DS backup?

I thought I had backed up my entire 3ds before I sold it off. However, I can't find my CTCert file when I went looking today. I have a lot of files saved from Godmode 9. What is the minimum amount of data I need to have backed up previously to retrieve my CTCert.bin?

Hi, I'm trying to see if I can salvage some old 3ds save files from some 3DS backup files from ages ago, can either of you explain to me what the CTCert and OTP files actually are and what they're used for, and whether they'd be helpful for me i my quest? I have otp.mem from my current 3DS in my godmode out folder. Not sure about CTCert
