Great, thanks! I've been holding back on downloading Moon since the leak on election day because I felt like something to this manner would happen and don't want to risk being banned. Thanks for the info

I was banned, but luckily I got a 2nd 3DS at hand. Also I can probably use online again in the future, but I don't know about NN yet.

I don't think so, according to my knowledge, as long as the versions are correct for each game, it's considered "legit"

If you got it off the freeShop you're fine to play online.

For future references, if you ever needed to check a version of any title, just go into FBI and go into the "Titles" option and scroll down to w/e title it is you wanna ver check and it'll display for you what it is on the top screen.
