I did a quick readthrough of https://www.nintendo.com/switch/family-fun/parental-controls/ and see that you can whitelist games that are age-restricted, so a really tedious solution would to be to whitelist every game BUT the specific game you have in mind. It will require the parental control app though.I cannot use Nintendo Switch Parental Control app as I'm offline.
