I cannot use Nintendo Switch Parental Control app as I'm offline.
I know I can set an age restriction (ex. PEGI 12), but is it possible to lock just a game (title)?
Thanks.
I've not seen any feature like that from homebrew or nintendo itself. The only thing I could think of is a PG SD card and an adults SD card. Likely the easiest solution, but would require a reboot each time unfortunately.

I did a quick readthrough of https://www.nintendo.com/switch/family-fun/parental-controls/ and see that you can whitelist games that are age-restricted, so a really tedious solution would to be to whitelist every game BUT the specific game you have in mind. It will require the parental control app though.

I know, but that is the only solution currently that will allow him to do what he wants to, aside from dedicated micro SD cards like someone else suggested.

I don't think that possible, or even think that the devs even thought about such a thing.
That's quite an odd request. May I know the game you want barred?
Unless you can selectively apply sigpatches to a title?
