Homebrew Removing registered parental controls app on jailbroken switch without getting banned

I just recently modded my switch and everything has been going fine until i ran android on it for a while. whenever i rebooted into atmosphere the clock was incorrect and that prevents certain apps from working correctly. i tried to change the clock manually but i cant because it was registered to a nintendo switch parental controls app back in like 2018. i know the parental controls code but i cant unregister the app because i have all of nintendos IPs blocked to prevent banning. I was wandering if anyone had developed a homebrew app that manually will remove the parental controls function without having to connect to the internet so that i can actually use my switch.
