Homebrew can i have some homebrew help

so i have a (new) new 2ds xl and i want to homebrew it and i was wondering if theres any exploitable games on the eshop i can use to get homebrew i would also like to stay in a budget of about $20

OP doesn't have a second 3ds so this is quite pointless

If you're willing to spend 20$ you may as well got a flashcart such as R4i GOLD 3DS to use NTRBoot.

ntrboot IS the easy exploit for 11.6 (and any other firmware)
You can CFW any console in 2 min. It doesn't get much easier than that.
Supposedly there are exploits that are being saved for 3DS EOL.

whats the worse that could happen if i use a incompatible flashcart with ntrboot i was reading and it said it could brick the flash cart but im wondering if it could break the 3ds

Either it won't work or it'll brick the flashcart. You can't really brick the 3DS from DS-mode.

homebrew exploits on 11.6 could happen at any point in a week or a year no idea but cfw will probably be a few years seeing that modders are waiting until the 3ds stop getting updated i suggest just buying this flashcart to get cfw http://www.nds-card.com/ProShow.asp?ProID=149 and yes this is the most trust worthy site

Is there an easy guide to using the flashcart method? If there is I would totally be willing to shell out the $45 to buy it. Although I do own a physical copy of cubic ninja already if that's an easier way to mod a system to use PKSM...?
