Hacking Can I get the header from a patched rom and use it with Sky3DS' template?

Will it be like playing with it patched on Gateway but with Sky3DS?

I'm really curious about this.

So basically I can't get the .bin (header) from a .3dz file and use it on Sky3DS?

Edit: I don't wanna use hacked roms or anything like that it's for multiplayer with normal roms.
