depends greatly on where you get them from and if they are good dumps

very unlikely to happen. I think wii u usb helper uses cdn (content delivery network), which is Nintendo's official download network. mocha is good to have, even if you're on cbhc, because some things only work with mocha or normal haxchi as I've discovered over the years.
