Yes although some people have mixed results with this.
Your SAFEST option is to restore a CLEAN NAND backup (I sure hope you made one), set up emuMMC with Atmosphere, and don't use CFW on your sysNAND ever again.
Always boot your OFW stock trough hekate and don't run any hacks/homebrew on it.
Keep your hacking/cfw needs strictly limited to emuNAND.
But then again this doesn't ensure you a free pass to not not getting a ban.
We never know what might happen in the future.

Why booting stock firmware thorugh hekate ? Isn't just turning it on more safe ? I'm planning on just putting my sd card for emunand cfw offline and starting it with a jig ( not using autorcm ). And taking my sd card off and turning my console on just normally when i want to play online with carts.

Sure sure you can skip through all that. But autoRCM is necessary should you wish to prevent the fuses from getting burned.
If that doesn't bother you than yeah go ahead.
I'll put this here since no answer yet on other thread.
One thing i dont get if i want to play online. My Switch is on 2.3.0, and if i make a emuNAND and update the emuNAND to 8.1.0 With Choi to play homebrew, how do i update my SysNand up to 8.1.0 so i can play online(Don't want to use nintendo's official updater and burn any fuses)? Do i update my SysNand with Choi aswell? It wont be clean after that.
I guess it's after i update my sysNAND with Choi that i launch it with Hekate as Stock to play online?
