Is there any way I could to get a save from a Virtual Console game to play it on an emulator?

I've tried the Savegame Manager and I haven't had any luck.

So any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also, I am sorry for my generic title of this post. I didn't know that was a rule and I can't change it.

i remember looking into this a few years ago. the problem is that the save files are different formats. i dont there is a converter for that. is the emulator on the wii or for your computer? what game and system?
