Hacking Can i change my system language?

I have got a n3ds ll and done with CFW (luma3ds)

my firmware is 11.6.0-39J, how can i change my system language.

i have been looking on
3ds.hacks.guide/region-changing

and it only has 11.5 firmware. It is has any 11.6.0-39U CTRtransfer firmware nowadays?

Change the 3DS region and then just upgrade to fw 11.6.

There's an option in the settings to change the default system language, though it will only carry over to games if you manually change your system region as said above.
