Can anyone create a Pittsburgh Steelers theme for USB Loader GX for me?

The Steelers logo as the pointer icon would be awesome too.

Is there anyone out there that would be willing to do this for me?

 

Figured it would be a Cheatriots fan to troll me first, LOL. Didnt think people in Cleveland had high speed internet yet!!

But seriously, I have USB Loader GX Theme Creator, but cant figure out how to launch it on my PC. I dont see eny .exe file anywhere, just .jar and .class files. Any help?

 

Yes, i got that, even made a decent looking theme, but cant figure out how to test in dolphin?

 

I did. The background the only thing not showing up. Was hoping I could figure it out in dolphin. Everything shows up fine in Theme Creator.
